After an extensive breakfast at our varied buffet, you can enjoy a small snack or homemade cake during the day at Café Max. We also serve a delicious themed brunch from time to time – including drinks, of course.
In the evening, enjoy excellent cuisine with regional and seasonal specialties, alternately served as a menu or themed buffet. With much love our teams from the restaurant transform the dinner for you every day anew into a culinary event. Please emphasize this festive character by wearing appropriate attire.
As part of your dinner arrangement, you have the opportunity to dine in a different restaurant of the Resorts Bad Griesbach every day. Choose between one of the estates Brunnwies, Penning and Uttlau (in the golf season) or the hotels FÜRSTENHOF and DAS LUDWIG as well as the specialty restaurant Zum Heurigen. This variety is probably unique!
Brunch at the MAX
Enjoy our Sunday brunch buffet with breakfast classics, a variety of appetizers, a wide variety of main courses and delicious desserts – including all hot beverages as well as water and fruit juices from the buffet. Start is from 11.00 am with a prosecco reception in the hotel lobby.

MAX Bar & Café
End the evening with music, cocktails and wine from 5 pm.
The bartenders at Hotel MAXIMILIAN will be happy to mix you cocktails from our extensive cocktail menu. Or you can choose one of our excellent wines. During the day you are in the right place in our Café MAX. Here we serve you light and hearty dishes, daily changing lunch delicacies as well as homemade cakes.
